PAGE 1:

Make sure the envelope is addressed exactly as you see below.

BLACK ink for Your RETURN Address

BLUE ink for the CLIENT’S Address

RED ink for the “Very Important Information You Requested!” note on the Bottom

Make sure it’s legible but messy as the more “different” the envelope the bestter chance they will open it and that is the key… Getting them to open it, because once they open it and see their hand writing and signature, they typically read through it. So remember your Objective… You want them to Notice and Open it!

 

 

PAGE 2:

We ALWAYS fold the below pages with the Pink Letter on Top and folded in a manner in which the clients information and signature ALWAYS shows first when the open the envelope and take out the papers inside! Most people open envelopes from the back so make sure the client’s information is facing the back of the envelope where you sealed it shut. (And YES this works even with ALL leads so definately do it this way!)

 

PAGE 3:

We always include the lead printed on Pink Paper (it still works on white paper though) because the letter they completed and returned to us was originally Pink. And Yes I print it off exactly as I get it from the Lead Station with the header and footer you see here.

 

PAGE 4:

We include this letter as it was specifically designed by our clients and grabs their attention hitting all of the specifics of our S/R personality types, increasing your chances of them contacting you directly to schedule the appointment, or at least remembering you when you call and schedule the appointment.
